Delete your Nutrima app data

This page is for the Nutrima: Calorie & Supplements mobile app by Nutrima (published by BOUMZOUD LLC).

Delete it in the app

1. Open the app and go to the Me tab.
2. Scroll to Privacy and tap Delete all my data.
3. Confirm. Deletion happens immediately.

Email contact@nutrima.us from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your Nutrima app data. We complete requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile: email address, phone number, first name and quiz answers.
• Your activity events and referral rewards held by the app service.
• Everything stored in the app on your phone (meals, supplements, weight, water, check-ins).
• You are unsubscribed from Nutrima marketing emails and texts.

What is kept

• Order records in the Nutrima store, which we must keep for tax and legal reasons (typically up to 7 years). To ask about those, email the address above.
